very bad experience, i have booked 2 rooms trough phone call they agreed every thing but when i went there they said rooms are not available ,this is what the very bad experience i faced there

using clear trip web site if booked for accommodation. we receive response in email with transaction receipt and in mobile. but when reached lodge they say that they have not got any intimation in email or mobile and they claim no reservation done. if you go with family you will feel embarassed. if you book using online they claim to call by phone call also but phone calls are not attended. instant booking fetches middlemen assistance extra cash to be spent . lodge is into money making business no service guarantee
