Anoob PrakashI will save you a lot of hassel and let you in on a secret.. The actual ticket counter is on the third floor (beside the ABAD food court), while the online ticket counter and the multiplex is on the fourth floor. This can be especially furstrating for people new to this multiplex and coming in at just the nick of time... Of course you can save all this trouble if you ask the mall staff or the security personnel. But in my opinion, atleast the counter should have been on the way to the multiplex, or some warning signs along the way, that could save some time. Waiting area is without any sort of ventilation and feels stuffy and humid. However, most of the time the crowd is very low for the films, so no rush. The theatre itself is good and have lower seating capacity; the smaller theatre truly adds to the immersive experience. The price is on the higher side. I would recommend not to book online, since its never ever gets too busy, of course keep in mind about the ticket counter on the third floor. The burger I had at the theatre was only ₹90, which is quite fair for a multiplex eatery. What I like about it was that, it actually tasted good, with copious amount of cheese, unlike the bland ones you usually get from multiplex cafes. This was the only time, I did not feel like totally ripped off while having a snack from a multiplex theatre. So kudos for that.
