"We had great service experience from Taxi Car Kerala. The pricing was very reasonable and competitive. The booking process was very fast and received formal confirmation through e-mail. The driver (Siddhu) was waiting outside the airport as expected with booking confirmation paperwork. The car (Innova) was in decent cleaned shape. Siddhu knew all routes and places in Munnar. He was helpful in taking us different restuarants, view points for photography and accomodated our daily schedule. He always looked for us rather than we need to call him. This is pleasant experience especially visiting new places. Siddhu was very professional. He did not use mobile while driving and brought good Hindi songs to play along throughout the journey. Our kids were comfortable with him as he shared details about his children. He did not ask any additional money beyond agreed in the contract. He even offered us change when necessary.
