They give appointment over the phone and ask all the patients to come by 9 AM or 10 AM in the Morning. Patients are made to wait for so long and I believe they are successful in creating the crowd over the hospital to make people feel that its a GREAT HOSPITAL.. As the general human perception is that good places will be more crowded. I happened to go there to vaccinate my 1.5 yr old baby. Had to wait for 4 hours to see the doctor - note that I have taken appointment over the phone and was asked to be there in the morning. No wonder if my child gets any viral infection after 2-3 days as many of the children in the waiting area was having fever and other contagious diseases.Truly Horrible Experience!!! This is the third time and we have decided not to go to this hospital again!.

Excellent services from doctors and nurses. But the hospitality service is not up to the mark. Not satisfied only in the case of room cleanliness.
