The attitude they show is not pleasant. This happens when you want to run a business without passion. Staffs lack information about items. Treats you as if you have no idea about what you asked for. Reluctant to display or demo instruments and are very judgemental. Well they have expanded their showroom these days as shown in the picture. I personally feel their inventory or items are highly priced compared to other shops in Cochin. Alteast other shops treat you like a musician and are keen to their customer satisfaction. You might have second thoughts going there sometime or the other. Not a pleasing experience at all and might even loose your cool. I go to Basil only when there is an urgent requirement.

Poor collection and very bad service. They dont treat you like a customer. If you want a good collection, go to Sangeeth Mahal musicals in Ravipuram...Or if you want good customer service, go to Manuel Sons.

Very poor service and unavailability of models. Went into to buy a pedal which cost around 600rs and all they had was an 8000rs model and the staff was arrogant in that matter.
