no proper service creates traffic According to law if there is more than 5 vehicles in the toll gate they should not block the traffic but open the gates and let the people pass freely but the are not following it

Waiting in Toll Plaza is an regular seen almost 20 minutes. They can update the plaza manual tokens to #Digital Chip or advance technology.
