Jithin KPThe worst experience of my life... especially in Kannur, I am booking Payyanur to Kannur. When we reach Kannur, the conductor said, please seated in the same bus, when the bus will start, he said again collect ticket travel agency, what a petty thing. why we should provide ticket for me. The travel agency gets a new ticket-after some time the agency said the bus will gone... how stupid thing he doing. at last he said he gave a new bus number, I that bus very bad experience, the a/c is not working bad smell, leakage in the bus. the travelling experience the bad.

ASISH THOMASThis bus service has problem with fraudulent practise of selling same seat to many people.The bus came in 1.5hrs late and when I got on to bus, someone already been allocated to my seat. Same situation with 3 other passengers. It appears that Ashoka sold at least 3 more tickets than bus capacity and they ask passengers to be squeezed in. Regular travellers say this is a common occurrence on this bus as there is not many bus during the day(Kannur to Bangalore). Similar issues last week ended up in altercation between passenger and bus manager. This has to be reported to police or transport regulatory authorities. In the end I was offered a different seat, but I dont see why Redbus should represent this bus service as they cant guarantee the booked seat. Please take action, Redbus should not support such exploitative and fraudulent practise.

Abheesht KuyiloorkavilIn the very beginning the service was great. But now its degrading day by day. They always leave the bus 20mins after the given departure time. To top it of yesterday while going towards bangalore we got a driver who was super drunk when he was caught by the cops instead of commiting to crime he tried to bribe them instead. This is the scenario. Wht if something happened. Who would have took the reponsibility.....
