This is the worst costomer care service of royal enfeild where they dont have any means of communication with the costemer and when you officailly register a complaint they have very brilliant way of dealing it. I had booked my bike before last 60 days they had told 30days delivery im getting my bike now not only this having a worst experience with irresponsible people working there no prior information when i went to collect my bike i was asked to pay more since bike was upgraded that was fine they theirself created a fake story of fake insurance call which i never got and added 1k more in total i had to pay 5k more most irresponsible people. If u book your bike here you have to suffer . Please prefer some better place than this bunch of idiots.
