The food is just really good and tastes just like the kind made at home (which tugs at the heart of your average malayalee). What is equally impressive is the way they keep track of the food wasted every day. It surely creates an impression on the diners so that they think twice before wasting lest their numbers add to the statistics. They serve water in these quaint glass bottles (environmental angle here, to avoid the use of plastic bottles). Many of my Amrita University colleagues frequent the restaurant for these reasons. Oh, and the price is highly reasonable!
