Sunil CKeep away.Not a place to be going. Place is with only basic infra .. most of the time food is bought from hotels outside and billed double/triple to you.The caretaker does his bit of running around but has limitations. Rooms were cramped & dirty.. 1 lowsy towel for 2 guests , food is bad and the best part is the inflated bill , go line by line and he corrects each of it . I being basically from kerala got conned , imagine being a outsider .. we were billed as thou we were foreigners. Bill for what uve delivered & be fair.. and keep away from these ..not worth at all !!!!

Sudeesh KB04 June 2016 our company conducted a team bounding at Challenger One adventure club. The facilities provided by them were very poor. They are not maintaining the things/land well. There are no sufficient staffs to direct. Some of the facilities are so danger and not used for months. The owner/Director is behaving very rudely to us. The dormitory provided by them was utterly worst. The food provided by them was somewhat (below average) okay. They arranged river side, which was nice. The trucking provided by them was nice. (Only staffs accompanied us).

Sumesh SWe went here for an office out bound training on Jun 4th 2016. The place is about 30km from chalakkudy. To mention about this property , it is not maintained. There is not much adventure to be claimed. There is hardly two or three staffs in duty. So if you going in numbers please be careful there is no one to assist you there. Which is much needed an place like this. Only one good thing you can do is to have a splash in to river which is very close near by. Many of the blockage OR obstacles are not used there for months. The attitude / behavior of the main employees are not appreciated. I hardly recommend any one to visit here.
