Visited this office today. The staff was directed to be here from 7am onwards. Even at 8.30am, only two out of eleven officials were present. The Sub Registrar, Mr. M. Watson arrived only by 8.35am when he was to be here by 7am. [Edited on 18/2] The Office is now functioning efficiently. No complaints received.
