Amazing experience while taking delivery of the Bike (Classic 350 BSIV). The sales guy and the manager was courteous. From Booking to registration was smooth ride.. Now waiting for the 1st service to be done.

Service was ok... but the service charges are a bit on the higher side. Also, when the whole world is talking about cashless transactions, they charge extra service charge for card payments... which is too bad. 30 rs service charge for a 2000 rs bill?

Very poor service.. I think ,they consider our Royal Enfield as their Toy.... Too bad mechanical works.... Even they do not know how to fit clutch cable properly..
