I went to order glasses and they offered verbal offer hearing that ordered for glass and paid advance but when took the glass I had to pay the full amount. Please be aware of this. Bad experience. Please do not go there.

I went to get a new pair of specks and my experience here was not good. These are the 3 reasons: 1) they assured that my specks would be ready in 2 days time. I went on the 2nd day and they said it was not yet ready and they gave the excuse that they were just about to call me to inform the delay. So my precious time and petrol wasted! 2) I gave them my Titan card which has points that can be redeemed for discounts. They didnt take it. They said it doesnt contain any previlage points even without taking the card from me to cross-verify or checking using their computer. 3) After paying the full final bill. They gave me another new privilege card (exactly the same like the one I had before) stating that it had some added points that can be redeemed in future. So now I have 2 cards with points in each...I understood that they didnt want to offer discount so they played this trick. I am not going there again. No wonder there are no customers in the shop at any given time. Pity!
