Anand RajagopalMy first and second visit to this service center was good and satisfactory. Although it takes a little more time than they speculate for the stocks to arrive for the parts of older phones, their service quality was more than satisfactory. I recommend this LG Care Centre.

Vishnu RaghavPeople who r planning to go to Karamana service centre, kindly stay away from them.. They are t worst service centre in t city.. V had very bad experiences from them..they cheated us and they hold no responsibility for their mistakes either.. Look for other service centres please

Ruban JosephI had an issues with my mobile. The battery was draining too fast. I had exhausted all software fixes (restart, safe mode, factory reset) before I decided to replace my phone battery. I looked up LG site for a dealer contact and found that Apollo was doing mobile repairs for LG I called them up on a Wednesday and they said the battery for my phone (Nexus 5) was not in stock and they said the spare will be available on Thursday. I called them up on Friday and they confirmed that they had the item. I went over on Friday and they replaced the battery in 15 - 20 mins. My request to watch them do it was politely refused. :) I think it is normal service. The battery change costed me Rs. 961. The returned my old battery. I would recommend the shop to my friends. Cheers
