Great place to stay. Very close to Lighthouse and Kovalam beach. The caretakers are quite friendly and will arrange everything for you. The roof has a small kitchen with beautiful view of light house surrounded by palm trees and beautiful blue Arabian sea.

Rooms are very good.very near to beach and light house.marine aquarium also walkable distance.you can enjoy stay and morning and evening beach walk.these rooms tied up with Oyo rooms.you can book in Oyo at cheaper rate.in Oyo it will show as Oyo homes 014 light house road.you will get around at 1000 to 1200 rupees.best beach view room is 302.ask for 302 while check in.there only 2 veg restaurants near to this in beach.one is annam veg restaurant and second is lonely planet restaurant. Annam is the best.keep enjoy tour
