Good shop but people with huge attitude issues. I tried to exchange one electronic product that was purchased on the same day but they refused to take the product back because they are worried about the hand written warranty date. When I tried to address this to the manager he was more adamant than any other staff in that shop. My humble request to the owner of this shop please train your people to draw a fine balance between business and customer satisfaction....Really disappointed...

Quality grocery shopping in Trivandrum. Viable option toning bazaar and reliance fresh. Vegetables and fresh fruit section not up to the mark. They stock bottled coconut water and that is a big plus. Tends to get crowded on Sunday evenings.

You can find almost everything here but a lot of the product ps go unsold and are on the verge of expiring, also some chillers are turned off which spoil some products. The staff is friendly and the shop is rather clean.
