My ipad Air recently fell down and it had a cracked display. I visited apple service centre in sobha city mall where they suggested me replacement for 22350 rupees. I contacted mobile zone and i had to wait for a week . Surprisingly they fixed it for 3200 k. I am pleased the way they handled it. Overall I believe they contact you back only after making sure they can solve it.

i felt that i am in a police station. ,Reached here for unlocking my apple phone ,they asked me to wait a fw mins.they said their boss is not there.i waited there almost 20 mins .they asked me to see their boss sitting in a seperate cabin.Oh my God .agin i explaint my problem.he checkd my phone and said loudly that i need to pay a FINE, he repeated the word (fine) 5-6 times . i felt that i am in a police station. FINE..FINE... .oh i ran away
