Its not Horrible se bhi Horrible sony service center. @ pune. I just suggest dont buy sony products. Horrible services centre not having experiences....still i am waiting for my TV BACK.... AFTER REPAIRED THEY KEEP WITH THEM SPCIALLY THEIR BOSSSSSSSS THEY NEED EXTRA MONEY ...... NO RATING PLS. DONT BUY... SONY PRODUCT IF.. BUY ...THEN DONT GO TO SERVICE CENTRE..VERY VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER

Very very useless staff at reception. Attitude and behaviour issues. They make charges like anything without sense. They make job sheet without knowledge and sense. I lost my mobile bcoz of their inefficiency and I lost my trust on Sony brand bcoz of such useless staff.
