Ankit PurohitBuyers - Stay away from this society, you will regret every moment once you get into deal. Management is pathetic and basic facilities are absent or poorly serviced. Thief water supply is completely dependent on tankers and electricity has no God (there was no power for good 2 days, this gets repeated each month at least once). People like me are stuck with this bad deal and wastage of my hard earned money on this project.

Bushra DarWorst builders, worst service... This society is nt even in interior part of wagholi still, thr is no electricity. People who resides in proper wagholi has got electricity but, we at jade residency face ths problm every now nd then. All the locks are broken since the day of possession but nobody is least bothered to serve and if u complaint they give thr so called reason higher management has completely said NO for any broken or damage part replacement and the worst part is if you fight for your rights they will not listen to you and will simply disconnect the line. It was my decision of buying ths property feel pity for myself as well as other owners from the same society. I will never recommend anybody to buy or rent any flat in this society. Highly disappointed with the management.

Alok KumarThere is power cut in this society since 20 june 17 at 3 PM and now its 21st june 9 PM complete 30 hrs but still no power supply. No response from the facility management. Really not a place to live.
