Nigel de Santa Rita VazExtremely poor customer service even before the connection has been installed. 6 working days to install has already taken more than 3 weeks. Looking through other reviews here, their service seems to have been bad for atleast a year but clearly no one at Hathway cares enough to do anything about it.
