Abhijeet NaohateThe township is located in the newly developing area of Pune. There is a nearby college which would help faster development in the surrounding. The quality of the construction is superb. The club house is awesome and the future development will make Masulkar city, the Hiranandani of Pune. Great ambience and accessible for IT professionals. Update- apparantly one of my friend moved in there and the experience was horrible. There were three burglaries in one month span and security was very casual about it. He literally left it within 30 days of shifting. He made a good decision to move in primarily on rent. He saved a lot of money.
