    I am dealing with Reliance Fresh for the first time and I have one of the worst experience of my life in my first dealing itself. I am a senior citizen. I went to their Dombivli west store on saturday (03/10/2015) and made purchases of grocery worth about Rs.3020/=.Today it is 16/10/2015 and it is 12-20 noon and I have not received delivery of the articles purchased still. I think at this old age I have to visit the store and request them for a speedy delivery. Otherwise I do not know how many more days this store will take to deliver my grocery package. The Reliance Fresh Dombivli Store is completely in a dis-array. Lack of supervision and management is seen every aspect. I am not in a position to contact the store over phone. But the numbers given in the bill have either changed/wrong. Customer care No is always Busy and is of no use. I searched for their number in the web address but failed to find correct number. I think this done purposely so that nobody can complain or contact them. Actually the store is not worth rating even one star.

    I DID NOT FIND THE RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET,SITUATED AT THAKUR COMPLEX, KANDIVLI EAST MUMBAI, IN THE LIST OF THE RELIANCE FRESH OUTLETS IN MUMBAI. HENCE WRITING MY VIEWS ABOUT THE OUTLET IN QUESTION. PURCHASE AREA PARTICULARLY OF FRUITS, VEGITABLE, MILK AND ALLIED PRODUCT IS FILTHY AND WET. WHEN IN THE MORNING THE OUTLET OPENS AND CUSTOMERS GET IN FOR SHOPPING, THE CLEANING WORK OF THE OUTLET STILL CONTINUES, CLEANER SWEEPS THE DIRT WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE SELETING THE ITEMS FROM THE RACKS. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT PRIOR OPENING OF THE OUTLET, THE STAFF SHOULD CLEAN THE OUTLET SEE THAT IT REMAINS CLEAN. THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT BEEN DISTURBED AS CLEANING WORK CONTINUES. AT LEAST 2-3 CASH COUNTERS SHOULD BE OPENED IN THE MORNING WHEN THERE IS RUSH . IT IS EEN THAT ONLY ONE COUNTER IS OPERATED AND ONE SEES LONG QUES OF THE CUSTOMERS AT THAT COUNTER. HOPE THAT NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN TO THE STAFF AND OUTLET INCHARGE.

    Subhiksha had an outlet at Vakola, opp Citizen Co op Bank, Nehru Road, which has closed and the place is available on rent. Pl come and open your outlet there.
