It is impossible to get through to their number, and the customer care on the website is quite clueless and unable to help. I bought a stove from there and even after a week it still has not been delivered and there is no way to find out when it will arrive. Quite disappointing but in the future I would probably go there to browse and then buy off Amazon or Flipkart. At least there you can track your order and know when it will reach your place..
