This fort is really very far away from the main city. Also there is no transport option here at all. This place is advised to visit only when you have your own vehicle. Even the nearest bus stop is very far away.

Situated at Madh Island, Madh fort is one of the Portuguese forts in India. Form Portuguese, Maratha Empire captured the fort later in 1739. The palce is around 1KM from Madh-Versova jetty. This is a sea side fort and becomes picturesque during sunset. The fort is acquired by Indian Air Force and not accessible by civilians, though one can get nice view of it from outside.

A very good panoramic view of the coastline right from Versova till the Bandra Worli Sea link. Best place to visit early in the morning or after sunset. and enjoy every moment .
