The Hotel has its plus and minuses like every other hotel. Its a budget hotel. You have 24*7 in-house kitchen. but no restaurant or siting space, so food ordered will be sent to your room. Means you cannot invite a visitor for a casual business discussion over lunch or dinner until you want them to see your room. Its in close proximity to the airport and also to the new sea link road. The staff are humble , Polite and willing to serve you well. they go extra mile. which makes things smooth and supporting. The rooms need a revamp, in terms of aeration, placement of bed and other furniture. The Veg thali is good but overly priced.

Smelly run down rooms. Really bad quality food. The free breakfast is a disaster. If you go by 9am, the food is almost over, no plates or cutlery available. Staff seems overworked and disinterested.

This hotel is very luxurious and the service here is very good.The staff is very co operative but since it is not located on highway it is not easily located.
