U buy a 1mbps pack and u get 100 kbps speed...then u need to call them for 2 months after which they pick ur first call and then take ur complaint which they never actually take...still waiting for their man to come and check my internet connection...

Absolutely Pathetic internet connection. If you are a gamer assume that your life is over! Will lagg a lot. sudden disconnects highly unreliable. Might disconnect around 11 pm and " night there is no way you can call the Customer service. Just Deal With it No Internet Connection. Has to disconnect at least once a day!!

I have been using their high speed cable internet since 2 years now. Good value for money and speed. Would be 5* if they setup a 24x7 support desk. Highly recommended for local residents in Kurla East.
