Pathetic service. They sold me a faulty bike the T junction gave way in the first month itself. When i compalined to the owner and the manager they said its not a problem and I should ride Carefully. Later i complained about the faulty T junction at every visit. They said its a normal problem and lied to me. None of my friends who own the same model get a sound of the leg guard hitting the mud guard in small holes. I get the sound quiet frequently . When complained abt the frequent sounds they simply denied servicing the faulty bike and the bent handle. Which was bent from the very first day. They kept denying the same till now . They mentally harrass honest consumers till they give up.

conveniently located and easy to find since its on the main road. staff were helpful and i got my bike within 48 hours of booking it.

Pathetic service. False promises. Sitting there to fool people. Ruining yamaha brand name with such incompetent and unprofessional staff. Booked a bike from a different showroom very next day. Price quoted for same bike was 4000 higher than the actual by Excellent Motors compared to other Yamaha showrooms.
