nagesh londheI made a big mistake by opening NRI account in this branch Would like to share one of my pathetic experience *Reception counter- unattended. *May i help u counter- attended by person selling credit card. *NRI Privilege counter was attended by ICICI prudential person. *Staff behind the counter were very much interested to talk among themselves. Was feeling very helpless and annoyed NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL

Navin Bandipathetic branch, was made to stand for more than half an hour to deposit cash and after that they say there system is down. They have wasted 30 mins . Was waiting due to cash collection people came to collect the cash from branch and they were standing since before I went into branch :X A guy want to do NEFT he was also made to stand without asking what he wants to do, which was serviced at another counter
