Pathetic service. My main speaker was not working after 1 year of buying and the person operating told that it cannot be repaired without ordering necessary parts without even checking it! Offered a replacement for rs 6000/- . The thing is my whole set of 2 speakers and woofer came for rs 5500/-. Gave it to a local repair shop and got it repaired next day for rs 500/-. I was standing the whole time at the centre , because the sitting place meant for we consumers was occupied by many overweight centre employees , busy on their smartphone.

The place tries to just rip you off and the device executive has very limited knowledge about servicing. He quoted me ₹5k for a repair, which was repaired by the authorised service centre for ₹1.5k. Absolute crooks!!
