NEVER EVERY TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENCY, I boarded the bus at goregoan around 10PM hoping to reach pune by 1:30-2:00AM but he has to stop after every flyover to get passengers and waste 15-20mins on each stop, its 1:00AM almost and he hasnt event touched the expressway yet and the best part is when you contact the agency for support they dont event answer your call. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE !!! * bus number MH04G7506. Date : 26/05/2017 Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar.

I had booked tickets for sleeper bus. Our journey started by 7:15PM from Borivali, till 1:00AM many stops passed away, he picked up many traveller from their stops. Also, Washrooms were there on those stop but he was not allowing to leave from bus. Most pathetic experience was on this summer season he kept temperature at 25-28 0C or most of the time AC was on Fan mode. When i asked for service desk number for complaining the same then he refused that by giving me illogical reasons. Requesting you that please avoid this travel agency..

Horrible experience both while to and fro.. first of all bus is one and half hour late .Driver is reckless . Never prefer to go with a family as Halts are at pathetic places where washrooms are like pathetic. . No charging point in AC bus . Ac is switched off again and again . When switched on , they work on fan mode . Never take Swami travels as customer care response is not satisfactory also .Such travel agencies should shut down as they work on only money and no customer satisfaction .

Had book package for Mahabaleshwar, was given deluxe room in bluepark, after checking in the hotel found the room to be very bad, no intercom, no bell, no hot water. We requested them to change the room, they said there is no room availed n told us to move to hotel Ashoka Inn. That was another nightmare.parhetic food. Overall worst experience .
