Yogesh AgrawalOne of the worst service providers you can ever experience. Let me describe in detail - 1. I had free service, and I ended up paying around Rs 1500 2. They put in those parts in the vehicle for which I said no, and on top of it, the parts were not working properly. Due to which I was kept waited for around 1 hour 3. I got the call that the vehicle is ready, and when I reach there it was not ready. It was not cleaned, nor it was properly checked. 4. Self Start was not working, tail light was not working. All those things got checked after half an hour and then got reapaired in next one hour. 5. The expected time was given me 4:30 PM, and I got a call around 5 Pm to pick the vehicle, and I got the vehicle around 6:30 PM, from this you can see how much time they wasted. 6. On top of this, the service people over there have no manners to talk, the advisor Mr. Imran, who was suppose to take care of all this stuff was not even there, and when he was scolded, he just went away. 7. Really a very worst service, I will never go again (just will go to use up some of my free stuffs that are there), rest will never go and will also not recommend anyone to visit it, nor buy any vehichle from the worst SAI POINT Honda. 8. I did filled the feedback form, but not sure if they will share it also or not with higher officials. 9. This was not the first time, it is always the same problem. They call people saying that their vehicle is ready and when you go there, they start fixing the problems. REALLY WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME AND BRAND OF HONDA.
