Went for a prepaid sim card upgrade and they simply refused to do so giving an excuse that name and address are mismatching (which was actually not) (contacted cc 121 and even that was acknowledged...) and forcefully wanted to convert the number to postpaid... Really selfish. I think they should accept the fact that people are educated these days and they simply cannot fool them.... some other customers were also facing the same problem the same time.... it might be the fact that the employees there might be getting some extra points or something over their appraisal for individual postpaid given connections. Really sad that the brand name is getting spoiled...
