I had a very unpleasent experience with the staff from this branch. I have been with so many other insurance companies but never had so much of trouble for such a small claim amount. Will never go back to ICICI Lombard ever. Never will I suggest anyone to go for it. Their surveyors are pathetic. Hope they will understand the concept of customer satisfaction. All the talk of fast and worry less claims is a complete hoax. They just want to make sure no one makes even a legit claim. Thats why they have made the process so irritatingly cumbursome.
