Very Poor! The birthday bouquet was not exactly the same as ordered. The fabric wrap shown was red in color but they wrapped it in yellow. They delivered it late. And the bouquet was not handed over to the addressed person as the person was not available at home, so they gave it to the nearby shopkeeper to deliver it to the person. They do not attempt delivery for the second time in such case, in fact they charge you extra for doing so. Highly disappointed by the service of Ferns and Petals, Nashik!
