Had a horrid experience when they put on a cleansing cream and the woman disappeared. After 15 minutes when I finally washed my face and left the room , she blatantly lied that it was a de tan pack. Firstly it was not de tan and secondly which facial starts with a pack that you have to put on for 15 minutes . Besides in the remote possibility that it is indeed the case , do they not tell you that it will be applied for such a long duration ? Do you not come to check ?? M ditching this parlor forever !
