Turf in good condition and comparatively bigger than most of them in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The way towards the terrace where the turf is located is quite confusing; ask someone for directions before entering the building. You need to carry your own football as they charge extra 100 bucks for that which usually is not the case with other turfs.
