I purchased a Yamaha 5.1 home theater system more than a year ago, Reliance digital sold me their so called customer service 3 years extended warranty. After using the system for a year the amplifier stopped working hence we called Reliance resq to use extended warranty, their technician came and took the amplifier to repair or replace. Its been 2 and half month now and I have been calling them every day to find out when am i going to get it back and all they say is we are waiting response from the concerned team. Which I think has no concern for me. I am also filing a complaint with the consumer court to make sure better customer service is provided to their future clients.

Having a multi brand service in one place is good thing.. I visited the place for my iPhone service but not done due to warranty issues.. I felt they take lot of time every thing is slow..
