Shetal ShahThis is the only Nissan Service Centre in Pune and is really pathetic. I think Nissan has got too much of business and thus this service Centre cheats and treats customers accordingly. They move and use the cars inside workshop so roughly.... that you cannot even think... and we give them our cars to take care. They spoil parts during service and then on failure later they blame it on normal wear and tear and just make you pay for such expensive parts. When they see their mistake, they will Ask you to keep the car for a day or two and then tell you some story of part failure and expenditures required. Seriously they fool us so much. Whenever parts are replaced and if u ask for old parts with box or if they give you directly... check the sticker... The MRP is removed from the box!!!

Madhu sudan JangidAs of today there is no option for Nissan customers they are forced to come here as there is no other dealer. You may need to sit for long hours, depending upon rush and your concerns. If there is noise issue similar to my Datsun GO then you may need to come multiple times. :) I came here 30+ times in 10 months. For sure you need to revisit it as per my experience they do not resolve all concerns in one time :( Wishing you all the best!

Amey NawareNissan service centers are way outside city limits. No other Nissan service center in Pune and hence no choice. Service is not good, too many delays and even after repeatative complaints neither Nissan nor Shiv Nissan showing any improvement. Time to say good bye to Nissan Vehicles

prash DService manager didnt catch perfect solution even its a nisaan service center till end they failed for that.nisaan charged me for that but didnt solve my problem.they dont have knowledge keeping stuck with their wrong words even its totally rubbish pretending its all right.

Ramachandra PaiFake promises and poor QoS. Failed to rectify customer concerns. I have seen many of customers struggling for rectification of the concerns but service manager do not accept the concerns.
