Went for Sony Xperia -ZR repair (purchase year 2014, costing 18k) but they refused to repair saying model ZR is not repairable and it need to replaced with new one charging 80% of total mobile cost. Unable to understand why they are making such model if they are not able to provide service.

I feel like been cheated. I was having startup problem with my xperia sp . They updated its software .But after that my headphone jack suddenly stopped working. Seriously guys dont trust them.
