Purnendu BagchiI have never seen a more pathetic work force than TVS Rushabh, Pune ever in my life. Customer satisfaction is the last thing in their mind. I gave my Jupiter for first servicing today. Booked it two days in advance with the clear instruction that it should be available today evening itself. Now, they are saying delivery will be made by tomorrow afternoon. Moreover, I bought the scooter from them as the service centre was very close to my house, may be 1.5 km and the sales guy said pick up and delivery during servicing will be free. Now, during the first service, they are charging Rs 150.00. This is my third scooter from this company, but, Good bye TVS, never again I will go back to you.

Rafi TsmVery pathetic service centre operations. Works like a government office. No guarantee that they will deliver on time. They made me wait for an hour even after calling me for delivery. Best is they charge 2% extra if you pay by card.
