Amount of Rs. 10,000/- is not reflected in my folio. And the customer care number of is giving hopeless answers, I found them very irresponsible towards my concern. No response since last 15 days follow up, minimum wait time for customer care to answer is 15min and every question asked they put you on hold, hopeless service.

had horrible experience taken a policy with this company.i took a policy in 2012 and the company handed over the documents to some unknown person,yet till today have not received my policy documents even after repeated complaints.my first complaint was in free look period.everytime false commitements were given by branch head Mr Kumar gnyani & Mr Manmoth roy and also my agent advisor Mr dinesh oza & Mr Palli.such a service is not aaceptable from a well known company.will definately take action against this act.
