Pathetic attitude. You call them and the person will give you half information, say "one minute" and keep the phone down. You call again he will pick the receiver and keep it aside... The one who spoke to me did not even know the difference between a sheet and a film! He gleefully tole me they sell "sheets" of 5 microns!!! Very disappointing. Will not buy from them nor recommend to anyone.
