I had given my dresses for alteration, they claim that alteration is done, which is not, and they also charge more saying that dress needs to be opened completely and stitched and ultimately alteration is done without opening the original stitches... Owner also does not take any responsibility

Sulagna ChatterjeePrajakta is a very professional lady, and its great seeing such professionalism in young women. Her work is as good as her commitment, i loved the service, the follow up, her interest in sharing various options for design and finally the finishing of the outfit was excellent. She let em collect my clothes even when i could not pay due to the cash crunch and ATM shut downs, allowing me come back and settle the bill later. Highly recommended !

Shweta DandekarWorst worst worst worst experience ever can not even click on star for this one. This person does not what he is stitching. Either loose or too tight. Worst management. The sewing person does know what are the measurements. Never ever go to this place.

Poonam MundraI gave my two cloths to stitch last month they promised to give them in 15 days. when I went there after 20 days my suits stitching was not done.. then I went again after few days my fitting was not proper. Tailor they have is good. Problem was with the staff who took the measurements. Better get ur measurements done from tailor master.
