Worst LG dealer. I paid Rs 61150 to him for The AC(Rs 36150 including the price Rs 1000 for the stand of the outdoor unit) and the Refrigerator (in exchange costing me Rs 25000). I paid Rs 3000 by cash and Rs 58150 by cheque. Now this person is refusing me that I have not paid for stand. I had to again pay Rs 1000 + Rs 500 to the Techician for the stand and his fees. This person Mr Prakash is scolding me in exchange by saying that I am a liar. When I was banging my head for the stand. The technician had by that time fitted the AC. To my surprise the AC I had choosed and paid for was totally different one. He had delivered me a plain white AC. When I called him again he is saying me that I am a liar again. How people like this fraud exist in this world? He will never stay in peace.

Worst customer experience i ever had. No proper answers to query. I have not received the warranty card even after one month of purchased.
