new mattress delivered with manufacture defect and new was suppose to get delivered on 30aug and later again new date received with 10sep. snr sales head Mr Vikas has committed 20sep we will delivered but cant see any positive sign till now. best part is Mr Vikas is not aware also what false commitment his staff is doing to customers. being a senior person he is not aware what his juniors are doing. till date we have not got a replacement. never ever seen a reputed company working worst then a small shop. did a biggest mistake purchased a Godrej Product.
