I had a horrible experience with this lab. All the staffs are hopeless. No one in aware what is going on. I had booked for collecting blood samples for consecutive three days for my son who was diagnosed with dengue. Every day the person coming for collecting the blood sample was late in coming. We had to call at least 10 times to find out when the person is coming. The appointment given was at 8.30 am and every day the person turned up at 10.30 am after continuous follow up. I will suggest all not to go to this lab. If the collection process is so bad, what you can expect of the report given by them..
