I was suffering from wrist pain since past 6 months.. Due to which I was not able to use my hand even for daily regular activities. On approaching Reliva my case was handled by Dr Swapnaja Joshi in an excellent manner. In the first visit she explained me the exact problem in my wrist and the suitable treatment. In every session I was given personal attention.. Sessions included ultrasound therapy and exercises. I was very comfortable in all the sessions. My wrist pain has gone and now I am able to use my hand freely at my work. Dr Swapnaja has very delicately and successfully treated me in a very short period of time. I am really thankful to her and would recommend to all. It is great to find such good doctors. Thanks Reliva.

1. THE COUNSELING SESSION PROVIDED ME WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THE TREATMENT WOULD HELP REDUCE AND EVEN ELIMINATE MY KNEE JOINT PAIN 2. THE TREATMENT SESSIONS WERE VERY REWARDING IN THAT THE PAIN PROGRESSIVELY REDUCED 3. UNLIKE OTHER PHYSIOTHERAPISTS THAT HAD TREATED ME ELSEWHERE, Dr. JOSHI IS VERY GENTLE AND UNDERSTANDING. 4. WHILE ASKING ME TO DO REGULAR EXERCISES AT HOME TOO, SHE SUPPORTED ME BY DRAWING VERY CLEAR AND SPECIFIC SKETCHES WITH DURATION AND NUMBER OF CYCLES FOR EACH EXERCISE 5. SHE HAS SPACED MY SESSIONS THUS MAKING MY TREATMENT AFFORDABLE 6. I LOOK FORWARD TO AVOID A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT 7. IT IS NOW A REWARDING EXPERIENCE TO VISIT HER CLINIC AND I NOW LOOK FORWARD TO ASKING MY HUSBAND TO MEET HER FOR HIS LOWER BACK PAIN 8. I LEARN FROM HER THAT THERE ARE SPECIFIC EXERCISES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE HAD HEART ISSUES AND I PLAN TO HAVE MY SON-IN-LAW WHO HAS HAD ANGIOPLASTY WITH MULTIPLE STENTS FITTED TO GET HIMSELF TREATED BY HER 9. THE CLINIC IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED 10. VERY GOOD PERSONAL ATTENTION IS GIVEN BY Dr. JOSHI 11. REMINDERS ARE ISSUED FOR THE NEXT APPOINTMENT 12. BEING LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR THERE ARE NO ISSUES OF CLIMBING STAIRS FOR THOSE WITH KNEE PROBLEMS 13. THE LOCATION OF THE CLINIC IS VERY MUCH ACCESSIBLE AND THE ROAD IS WIDE ENOUGH FOR PARKING

Very pleased with my treatment here. I did not know that I would see so much relief in my back pain in very first visit. Subsequently with focus on exercises and strengtheing the core muscle, I can now handle many activitis whch earlier were not possible. I have also been give exercise prescrption on mobile phone - which i follow regularly and remain pain free.

Very conveniently located physiotherapy clinci at ram maruti road, thane. I have early stage knee oa (osteo arthritis) and the exercise and electrotherapy have really helped me. climbing stairs again without difficulty in 8 sessions
