I along with my family and another family stayed in the hotel recently. The location of the hotel is fine particularly for those who love shopping. The behaviour of the manager, room service boys is good. However, the front office space is very narrow. One can otherwise, opt for staying in this hotel.

On a very congested street. No vehicle goes there. Very small rooms. Toilets doors opening just in front of your bed. Do not change towels etc unless you ask. No kettle as shown in pics. Service starts at 7.30 am. No restaurant. Limited items of breakfast served earliest by 8 am. And all tours starts at 8 am. So cannot take breakfast there. .they do not pack also. Rates much more online.

The room including wash rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff are well behaved.

Hotel is situated in the heart of shillong, police bazar. You will find yourself in the main market and all of the shillong is easily approachable. Hotel staff is very generous, amenities are good and stay is safe and secure.

Hotel is located in a crowded place. Cleaniness should be improved , especially the room where we stayed mat was so dirty.house keeping should be strengthened
