One of the worst service providers of Maruti Suzuki ltd. The ground staff and agents responsible are incapable of execution of their basic duties. Customers are welcomed with a smile before payment and once payment is done and delivery is over, the response is pathetic. I bought a Swift ZXI in the month of February and three months later, I still do not have my RC, thanks to the faults from the staff responsible. Even after following up consistently, all one gets is fraudulent assurance of commitment and execution of service, the truth however remains that not a single step is taken. Extremely dissatisfied..
