Albert Adolf Joshi1. They did not check my Qualification . 2. They did not ask a single question about my experience and knowledge. What is this? This is the level of education in Private Institute/University? Then i asked to one faculty how much are you getting ? then she replied 12000 per month after 2 years exp and her education is M.Tech and pursuing PHD. Again What is this? This is India? then again i asked how do you manage your life? she replied " I am lucky because i have job , there are many educated unemployed outside ". This is the Level of Education in Private Institute/India? So what will be the future of students? If they are selecting according to low payments - Illiterate Faculty so why there will be Admission ? If the Institute/ University will not give good education to students and after 4 /2 years they will sit at home or become job seeker then why the next generation will take education ? The education level in India is worst so why the most Indian are Illiterate Please note why i have used Illiterate because in India a phd holder is working with Rupees 8000- 12000 per month because of less skills and low confidence. An educated person will never work , because he is not desirable for that money only the looser will work for that cost, a confidential and educated will built own empire in his/her life rather then become slave. My experience is most private college are worst in India because of Less Education. Best of Luck and Thanks for such Insult.
